Most orders are normally fulfilled within 24 hours and can take 7-10 days to arrive. PHC is closed on all major US Holidays.
Shipping and handling rates are calculated at final checkout. Sales tax may be collected.
We ship via UPS only. Customers can return any new and unused goods that are ordered within 30 days, for a full refund (less shipping costs.) If a product is returned to us in unsaleable condition, you will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We request that you email us at [email protected] or call us at (800) 229-2233 to get authorization first to ensure that you get proper credit.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. For open account customers, all payments are due 30 days from the date of invoice.

Pacific Handy Cutter does not provide any express warranties for its products. PHC expressly disclaims any Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Implied Warranty for a Particular Purpose on any of its products.
In the event Pacific Handy Cutter’s products are defective, PHC is only responsible for the replacement value of the product. The customer expressly acknowledges that Pacific Handy Cutter is not responsible to the customer for any personal injury, property damage and/or consequential damages or other damages related to non-performance or breach by Pacific Handy Cutter.
